So happy we chose hot tubs direct, all the people we have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable, the tub was ordered and delivered in the specified time period, we needed a crane to lift the tub over the house, hot tubs direct arranged everything. Even after purchase they are always on hand to answer any questions, Chloe especially deserves our thanks as she is always happy to help. We found the price very fair and the maintenance plan offered also looks to be great value (not had to use it yet and hopefully don’t have to apart from service). Overall we are really happy with the hot tub and massively impressed by the service received, can’t fault them.”

“I remember my anxiety levels with the thought of finding a suitable childcare provider to look after my son, soon as I stepped into Tiddlywinks I just knew this was the one!!!! Management were professional and approachable, allowing me to have a truly wonderful ‘look around’ experience. My son and niece both attend and they are flourishing. All the staff work extremely hard to provide OUTSTANDING childcare, catering to each child’s individual needs. The rooms are inviting, child friendly and always clean and fresh. The company itself, provide so many enjoyable experiences, such as trips and celebrations- the children even had a visit from Minnie and Mickey Mouse on their 30th nursery anniversary. The menu is nutritious and caters to all children’s specific dietary requirements. I would 100% recommend Tiddlywinks- I know quite a few of my friend’s children have joined already. “Great experience! Toaday was Our first time at Redds hair and beauty for myself (46)and my daughter (18). We both had a cut and blow dry, restyle. We are so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning. Deborah explained everything she was doing and the reasons she was cutting in a particular way to create the desired look. This is the first time in along time I have felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience of having my hair cut. We were made to feel extremely welcome by all staff members and they give the salon a very friendly relaxed feel. I cannot recommend this salon enough.”

After discovering i had been removed from the list of my NHS dentist after covid, where I had been a patient since a child (over 30yrs) I began the search for a new dentist and BD was recommended. The treatment I've received each and every time has been superb. The difference between them and my previous surgery is enormous. I feel very lucky to have Michael as my dentist - clearly very experienced, knowledgeable, with a very professional and welcoming manner. He puts you completely at ease. “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“My daughter booked a birthday lunch for 4 persons at 2pm on Saturday. Food was well presented, tasty and hot. Good choice of starters and mains. Surprised, there were no desserts available, which was disappointing. Staff friendly and courteous. However, it would have been nice if they were slightly more attentive to check if we required any more drinks, etc. The restaurant needs some renovation as the seating and general decor looks very worn and tired. There is limited parking at the front. However, you can park on the adjoining streets.”
