“Was given a voucher for here as a gift. I had a full body, deep tissue massage with Carmen. Carmen used various techniques to relieve my tension and aches. I like a firm massage and Carmen certainly did that. She did check the pressure was O.K. I have a bad lower back and Carmen did lots to help relieve this. My shoulders were also very tense and Carmen worked her magic. It definitely was a deep tissue massage. I felt great. Afterwards Carmen talked to me about my body and the parts she worked on. Carmen was very professional, put me at ease and explained some of the techniques she had used. Highly recommend and I will be back. Thank you.”

“After trying numerous groomers as one of our dogs gets very stressed having a groom, we found Kath. We've never looked back. Spike wouldn't walk for two weeks after a grooming session now he's out the same day running about. Kath grooms all our dogs to perfection and they look even more gorgeous when they come out than when they went in. Kath is a real dog lover and we trust her completely. The dogs always come first with Kath and we appreciate the level of care she puts in to every groom. Thanks Kath”

“I have used the services of Arkadia dog grooming every 4-5 weeks since opening, with the exception of lockdown! I find the staff to be very professional. The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. Each time I have been happy with the quality of the groom provided and although my dog can be a little nervous he seems completely relaxed before and after his visit. In comparison to other companies I have used the prices are really competitive and the products used are really good quality.”

“I had a very positive experience at the Dalton Street Envie clinic in Manchester. I have now had 3 treatments and the results are amazing from the first session. I have been looked after by Monika and all my appointments are with her. She is very nice and professional. She explained everything in detail. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I could notice results from the first laser session, hairs grow really slowly and I have some spots where the hairs are not growing at all. “Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”
