“I was looking for some women’s trainers. I reached out two people, perhaps they were too busy. But, one clearly wasn’t fazed that I’d been there for quite some time and carried on talking, the other person was multi-tasking. My shout out would be for Ryan in the Men’s trainers section. I didn’t tell him I couldn’t get served. But, he got me the trainers and was helpful whilst delivering a great service, even though he was serving someone else. It certainly helped towards the shopping experience.”

The lady served me was Freda, found her to be most helpful, nothing was a problem,even suggesting I try the shirt on for size. No hard sell either, which I would rather have.
