“Shop itself is a generic toy shop, the staff allow children to play with items which I appreciate as means I can see what my daughter likes. The till layout is a bit strange but it's never been hugely busy when I have visited so no issues. As for the chain itself, I appreciate the free delivery for items over a certain price, the prices of things are very competitive and I've once had reason to contact customer support due to my own mistake with an order and found them very helpful.”

“After visiting 9 other mobile repair shops that couldn't get a battery replacement for my phone, the resourceful people here were able to get one in an hour and replace the battery in another 30 minutes. They made sure to double check my phone number while I was in store so they could contact me when it was ready. The phone has some glue remnants from the work, but not a big deal. It's still early days, but so far the battery seems great. Will update if anything changes. Very happy!”
