“leave any preconception and expectations behind . There is no silver bullet for mental health care , however if your allow your heart to connect with your mind , trust this process. If you surrender to this you will go along way toward dissolving the pain that's been holding you back for so long . There is no free lunch , you have to do the work . the mental heath professionals can only walk by your side on this journey. you must climb the hill with your own tenacity. if you are ready to dive in head first you can change you life for the better but your have to do the swimming .”
