Receptionist was friendly and directed me to the waiting area. I was in x-ray 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time which was a nice surprise and the lady operating x-ray was friendly enough. All done and dusted in the space of 20 mins from parking to leaving. No complaints here”

The new (temporary) unit is bright, airy and , comparatively, spacious. I was seen within 10 minutes to have BP checked, followed shortly by assessment, ECG and Doctor all within an hour. I was the taken to the Acute Assessment Unit where I stayed overnight. My bloods were taken and a CT scan carried out. All the staff were kind, courteous and professional. Could not fault my treatment”
