“I joined « Mes Amies » just over a year ago after recently moving to the area and I am so glad I did. There are many classes and levels to choose from. The classes take place in a lovely studio with plenty of parking. I have always felt welcome at Mes Amies, it’s exactly the right balance of laid back but also with some hard work and challenges mixed in to keep you (quite literally) on your toes. It’s so lovely to have classes specifically tailored for adults too.”
