βMy husband and I did counselling recently and we cannot be more grateful for Denise our counsellor. Denise managed to put words on things / feelings we never managed to describe or identify, spotted the root cause of the issues we face in our couple life. Issues we always had since we started living together and got worse after having our second child. Denise is an expert in the field, she spotted the cause, the trigger and helped us to have the tools to fix the problem or prevent it from happening. The path is long but at least we know what is happening. I would genuinely recommend to see this group if it is not going well with your partner. There is no need to suffer in your couple. Give it a chance before you decide the separation or divorce. I hope you find this feedback helpful .β

βReading all the bad reviews I was prepared for the worse blood test ever. I had an appointment at 8:15 am. I walked in around 8:10 and the nurse called me in not even after a 10 min wait. The nurses are polite, quick, efficient and kind. I left the building around 8:25. Please be patient and kind towards the staff and you will get the same back.β

βI only joined this practice recently, I completed the online form for an appointment at 7.30, received a call at midday for an appointment that afternoon. This saves time on the phone unlike my old GP. Dr Islam was fantastic, I had a treatment in mind following a private consultation however he gave me a further option without the need for injections. I was referred to a physio who I saw two days later, I have been given exercises which I hope will be beneficial for the recovery. Overall a positive first experience.β

βWow some nasty comments here. I had a LOT of help from CMHT and the ones who's supported me are absoutley amazing , they know who they are !! I wouldn't he here today without them. They went above and beyond with me and I cannot thank them enough !! Supported me through worse experiences of my life and always on end of phone for support. They never once gave up on me. βI had my implant removed by a lovely woman called Gladys and she was absolutely amazing! From the initial phone consultation right up to me leaving the clinic she was tremendously warm and friendly and made me feel super comfortable despite being extremely frightened and anxious! the removal was quick and painless and I was kept well informed the entire time of what was going on. There was another gentlemen present and helping who, unfortunately I did not get the name of, but he was also extremely cheerful and compassionate and had a great attitude! I am really thankful to them both for making it such a comfortable and stress free experience:)β
