I also witnessed a member of the team treated very unkindly by a customer in front of the whole store and they remained calm and professional throughout, continuing to show kindness and offering as much help to the customer as possible, despite the unfair way they had been treated. I would highly recommend this store and definitely visit again.”

“Great!!! I’m receiving treatment for patellar tendonitis in my left knee. After years of pain and trying to get the NHS to help me I have ended up coming to Blackberry for PRP treatment (2 Injections so far). I can honestly say that after one injection the pain I have had for 3 years from just walking has disappeared. It has only been 4 weeks and I have gone back for a 2nd injection, so hoping for even better results, but the ultrasound looks promising. The staff friendliness, knowledge and treatment from the staff was really great. I saw Simon and he went through all the options available to me, and then carried out the treatment. I highly suggest visiting if you are in pain and need to speak to someone for more advice.”

Called HIQ and spoke to Colin on the off chance he could accommodate, although they were super busy. Colin looked at the tire and fixed it immediately. My husband was really impressed with the guys at the garage and the work they do. We really appreciate it and well deserved 5 star.”

Let's face it, for those of us not blessed with a Hollywood body, the thought of being prodded by a stranger can be a little disconcerting. I shouldn't have been worried as Eileen has proven to be thoroughly professional and a very effective physiotherapist. She is very easy to talk to and instantly put me at ease. Unlike some businesses, she answers emails in a very timely manner and is easy to get hold of on the phone. She is always very accommodating when it comes to appointments which is very useful for those who work odd hours. Eileen also explained in simple terms what was injured and how I can stop it happening again whilst dealing with the immediate discomfort that I was suffering. She also offered me some advice on how to prevent other injuries whilst running, something that wasn't required but very much appreciated. I doubt I would have got this level of service anywhere else and I thoroughly recommend her service to everyone.”

I am so happy with the shoes and clutch I have purchased and have even been able to get them quickly before my graduation date which other shops weren’t able to do. If the colour isn’t what you want, there is an option to have them custom dyed (but this takes about a week more). She’s very accommodating and happy to help! Highly recommend this shop I’m definitely coming back when I need more dress shoes. :-)”
