“I joined this gym recently after having trained at Pure Gym and The Gym Group for over 2 years. I was interested in this gym after watching YouTube reviews on it and also reading Google Reviews as well. All I can say is that if you are serious about your training and you want to focus on your weightlifting/bodybuilding goals then this is the gym for you. The gym is across 2 floors. The Ground Floor has 6 large rooms: 1.) Cardio (treadmills, bikes etc) 2.) Dumbbells (massive variety of weight i.e. 150kg) 3.) Chest & Triceps 4.) Back 5.) Crossfit 6.) Shoulders & Legs On the First Floor there are two boxing rings, a variety of boxing bags and also additional cardio machines. They also have a posing room as well. The machines in this gym are fantastic with excellent machines such as the Panata machines. The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their face and are ready to welcome you in the mornings. I visit the gym in the early mornings (5am) so I have no issue with parking or traffic but I know that this might be an issue for some people. If you want to progress in your fitness journey then this is the place for you.”

Pat took his time to call around every other local dealership to see if anyone could fit me in. Even though they couldn’t I really appreciated this gesture and great service. “Second very good visit here, first was my last MOT, after a previous garage attempted to way overcharge for unnecessary work. Very well presented, clean tidy reception, listen and polite/ friendly, helpful, useful advice and very efficient. This time Warning lights came on night before I popped in, very busy time for me work and home next few days when I really need my car. Very polite, helpful young man got me booked in the following morning, then next day again very polite, efficient, kept me well informed/ offered choices and all done by lunchtime, brake pads, disks and 2 tyres... Work and invoice all walked through at collection too - brilliant. My daughter and sister also now come here.”

Definitely worth visiting. They also teach silks, hoop and straps. Lots of experienced and knowledgeable instructors around to help.”

“I went in to the Erdington store due to me having a broken windscreen wiper I was having problems with using the website to book an appointment . I was welcomed by Jordan. I explained my problem to Jordan, who then assessed the damage and he measured the wiper. He didn’t have it in stock, but he went on the phone made a phone call and he ordered it for the same day, I was then booked in to go back in later in the afternoon due to personal problems. I was unable to make my appointment and I called Jordan explaining that and he was more than happy to accommodate me coming in on Monday. When I got there on Monday morning, he remembered me I could tell he was multitasking between fixing cars and answering the phone and supporting his colleagues he still fitted me in an did the job really fast and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes He went above and beyond to assure that he gave me an amazing service with amazing customer service to follow really want to say a big thank you I’m not confident when it comes to cars so to have somebody who is more than willing to help and to assure that everything is working right Really put my mind at ease and I can honestly say when I visit back there I wouldn’t want no other mechanic. thank you again Jordan your a star ⭐️”

“Finally I found a garage that I can trust and it's local. After a last minute cancellation by a franchise garage, friend of mine recommended Kwik Fit Bearwood. I never used Kwik Fit and I was ripped off by the previous garage last year (they failed my MOT for windscreen wipers and then charged me £70 for fitting a new one), I was very anxious about this MOT. The first impression of the branch was clean and staff were professional and friendly. The branch's manager Steve Turner was amazing! When I went back to collect my car, Steve greeted me in the office and talked me through my MOT report and explained clearly what works will be required in the future and when they will be due. First time ever I felt so happy after MOT. If there is a silver lining to the cancellation by the other garage, it's that I finally found a local garage that I can trust. Thank you Steve and Bearwood Kwik Fit is my go-to garage from now on and many of my friends too.”
