The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day – something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Danny’s excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that I’d asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push – just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. “Very polite staff here.Booked in for what looked like a slow puncture on offside rear tyre but sadly they couldn't find any signs of a puncture but advised that tyre showing signs of wear & almost to chords so advised to replace both rear tyres.This is what we are doing now.”

“Stayed at this hotel with work, and I was really impressed from my arrival. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and spacious rooms. I was greeted with a friendly welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. I had injured myself prior to visiting and staff were quick to help out. Even though they did not have any ice packs, they made sure to improvise and I couldn't be more grateful. Bar service was quick, and they accommodated a large party for dining. Food came out quickly and tasted great. A great sleep after a long drive!”

“I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for a while and living in Stratford decided to pop in for a chat. I made an appointment to discuss the best way to alleviate the pain. Spoke with Sharon who was very thorough and I tried on various shoes she thought would help. Came away with some Oofos slider type shoes for indoor wear and they have helped enormously, great cushioning and very comfortable. A vast improvement and have reduced the pain. Later visited again and bought some Joya walking shoes. Again these have much better cushioning and support than my current footwear. Specialist footwear is obviously more expensive but you get what you pay for. Would therefore highly recommend ShoeMed in Stratford if you have any issues with your feet they are very helpful and have a great range of footwear and accessories”

As I had to be back in London in the evening, they booked me in and by midday, they diagnosed the fault and fixed the fault and gave me a full report.
