“Really obliging(both customer services and the technician that came out) and excellent job on the car. The car was scheduled in for a Friday but my car was still in a garage after other work being fixed from the day before that had overrun. It kept getting delayed but instead of the AVG technician thinking of an early finish Friday, he suggested I call the garage and see if he can go further out of his way to go to the garage and carry out the work there in between the vehicle being repaired at the garage. That really does deserve a mention so thank you Jordan.”

“Took my Jeep in this morning (just turned up without an appointment, trying my luck on a day off) and the gentleman was friendly and polite. They couldn't see me right away (which was fair enough given I just showed up!) and asked me to come back a bit later. I went back at the requested time and they saw me straight away - from me arriving to them having the car on the lift and inspecting it was less than 5 minutes. They fixed the issue right away with no fuss. Seem like nice guys too! Great service for a first time visitor.”

“Daniel fitted me in at short notice, to fix a dent in a motorcycle tank, that had a crease as well, making it a complex repair. The location of the dent was also on the strongest & least flexible part of the tank as well, but he was up for the challenge. And after an hour and a quarter of working his magic, there is NO MORE DENT! I'm very happy with the quality of D3 Services' work, the staff's attitude and the cost, which was fair. Highly recommended!”

“After being advised by a large national company that my brakes need replacing I booked into EBC to have work done as fair price and reviews. Left care there and within 5 minutes they rang to say at least 10000 more miles of driving left in the brakes. Honesty and integrity is all I want, sadly not common but it was with EBC. They now have a customer for life.”

“I had a fault with my radiator where no heat nor cold air was coming out. The problem got worse where no air was coming out the vent at all. As a young person, I'm conscious with how much this would be cost to repair and expressed this to Gary, who handled my issue with much professionalism and integrity. He called me up after a diagnosis and patiently went through different options and wanted to ensure I was 100% happy with the cost before committing and assured me that if something else occured which could see the price go up, he would speak to me about it first. My car was taken in for the entire day and my car was fixed and on the road. I cannot express how happy I am to Gary and the team. They even put a new fuse in for my radio with no added cost!
