“Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. I agreed I was happy with him concluding the Re-Gas and was told it will last's as long as it last's, Can't say fairer than that, So a big thankyou to the young man that did the work. “Took my car in for a very tricky issue. Ford were unable to find the issue and wanted north of £100 to diagnose even if they cant the fault. So i got recommended to Justin by a friend who took his BMW M5 there. Not only was Justins trouble shooting top notch. He ran diagnostics, fixed the issue even though the problem originated from a whole other place that he found by the way and then helped out on another issue i was having which turned to be just a loose wire behind the bumper. I had a terrible experience with a car that was in for repairs and when the warranty provider only wanted the minimum done to get it back on the road, Rushden declined the job, sent me the information of needed repairs and helped me all along the process of getting the car removed. Though the vehicle was finally dealt with through legal procedures, the information and guidance in the early stages was so reassuring when no one else was there to help. The location of the dent was also on the strongest & least flexible part of the tank as well, but he was up for the challenge. And after an hour and a quarter of working his magic, there is NO MORE DENT! I'm very happy with the quality of D3 Services' work, the staff's attitude and the cost, which was fair.
