“I've been dealing with Phil originally when H&H existed and then when that shop wound-up and Sheldon's electricals started. This shop is a fantastic example of the benefits of dealing face to face with real people who are focused on great customer service instead of a website. We've always received excellent impartial advice and excellent support when buying new or keeping very good but older kit repaired through Sheldons. The service really is fantastic and beats shopping online everytime, although still very competitively priced.”

“Fantastic B&B, run by a warm and friendly couple. Jane and Charles cannot do enough for you. So much so, you feel like part of the family - especially if you here for a long-term stay. The Annex accommodation is excellent and so is the food. The cleaning standard and attention to detail reflects the conscientious attitude of the owners and the "nothing-is-too-hard" approach strengthens the appeal of this B&B. With three friendly pubs, a couple of down-to-earth convenience stores and easy access to the M1, West Haddon is an ideal place to stay - especially at the Shepherds Row B&B.”

“we stayed in the annex property which was just perfect. we were 2 adults , 1 child and a dog. double bed and a sofa pull out double bed. perfect for a family. it is super spacious, and the layout and furnishings are perfect. its very nicely done up with a cosy feel. the shower room is large and has a very new feel to it. this is our 2nd stay and we will definitely come back again. thank you”

“Location of the Palmersport Caterham Pursuit activity, and also the 4x4 course. It's a log cabin, there is a proper fixed loo a 5 minute walk away. They fit windows to the cabin for winter only, and take them out each spring. The key to the Caterham is an ability to do a doughnut round a cone at the end of the course (this saves about 2 or 3 seconds off the elapsed time). The key to the 4x4 is an ability to keep the vehicle on the sets of parallel bars; the tennis balls are also important but overall the bars are the major part of your score.”

“Lovely one night stay to go to a wedding at Dodford Manor- so glad we chose here instead of a characterless hotel! Lovely host and lovely little dog made us feel very welcome. The location is stunning and the room was beautifully presented and clean. We had a delicious home cooked breakfast delivered to us in the morning- the fruit compote was especially yummy. The food was very nice, large portions (including a Nan bread the size of a plate and thick too), quick delivery and friendly service. I had the Hiriali chicken and my partner had the Tikka Masala. “Myself and my partner absolutely love this Bella Italia in particular. We live in Peterborough and we always make the extra effort of coming here. The food, professionalism and service is completely top marks. On our visit on Sunday we were served by Josh, who was simply excellent couldn't fault him or his professionalism. I'm a sucker for the garlic dough balls and the garlic butter dip which is beyond words (I would pay for a jar). My partner hadn't eaten all, so the chefs and Josh helped with finding us the right amount of food. This is one of my absolute favourite restaurants for a reason, you won't be disappointed. I will be coming here for years to come.”
