They then called to say that it had failed and let me know what needed to be done. I asked if it could be done by 11 the following day (today)so we could still get away and I have just had a call to say it will be ready by 10.30! Amazing communication and very trustworthy. Most google reviews are exemplary ( like this one ) but a couple seem to go against the consensus and this seems odd as in my and my friends experience they really do go the extra mile to help customers: not just fix and service our vehicles. These guys have already saved me hundreds ( through sound experienced advice), I am a new customer with no business link to Crick Autos and I went there after several personal recommendations and now add my own happy customer endorsement. “Really obliging(both customer services and the technician that came out) and excellent job on the car. The car was scheduled in for a Friday but my car was still in a garage after other work being fixed from the day before that had overrun. It kept getting delayed but instead of the AVG technician thinking of an early finish Friday, he suggested I call the garage and see if he can go further out of his way to go to the garage and carry out the work there in between the vehicle being repaired at the garage. That really does deserve a mention so thank you Jordan.”
