“My local shop so useful for quick shops. Bread, butter etc. On way home from work so good for chocolate and wine if I've had a bad day !! Car park is fairly small - about 15 spaces but usually not a problem as no one stays that long. Good stock. And good prices and they have special offers. Friendly staff.”

“Incredible customer service from Jo! Jo's customer service is simply sublime and she has helped sorted out my Christmas within 5 minutes! I had bought a festive set 2 years ago on a whim for some last minute gifts, which were excellent! I had signed up for a £25 p/month package, which, after a lengthy break, amounted to almost £200. I had completely forgotten the money was in this wine bank until Jo called me today, probably checking if I was alive! Jo spoke to me about the Christmas packages. I was hesitant at the start as I had not yet thought about Christmas, and don't usually like speaking to people over the phone, especially involving sales. But Jo was incredibly patient and flexible with my wants and she was able to construct an excellent Premium Christmas wine package for a fraction of the price! It is very clear and apparent Jo has excellent customer service and is very attentive on the needs of the customer which made the transaction feel smooth, seamless and as if I was talking to a pal. I'm not a big wine expert but I know what I like to drink so I can say to them I want something velvety and fruity and they always can recommend a wine that is delicious. Their customer service is great, they are both lovely and friendly and I've never been made to feel stupid because I don't know what a particular wine is (unlike some fancy wine shops I have been in). They helped me pick out a couple of red wines for my boyfriend for Christmas that were so smooth that we just closed our eyes and both said "mmmm". I can whole heartedly recommend stopping by and making a purchase or two.”
