“Lovely cafe. Staff nice and friendly. Great location. Food and coffee ☕ nice. We had sausages in a bread roll and mushroom in a roll. Dog friendly”
“Excellent breakfast at a good price. I am surprised they were not a lot busier. Not a pretty place but good value and friendly, helpful staff.”
“Got some male and female guppies. 4 platys 2 other long fish All for a cheap decent bargain but the more you buy the cheaper it becomes like a deal. Definitely love the red platys and the guppies as they add so much colour”
“I’ve been to Benugo a few times now and love how friendly the staff are! They always ask about my day which is a very nice change from other cafes! The cake selection is amazing and the homemade lunch is always delish. The coffees are lovely and the syrups add a lovely touch!”
“What a great place for coffee and cake! The garden centre was amazing too. The range of home made cakes was extensive with gluten free and vegan options available, as well as great sausage rolls. The seating is comfortable and eclectic with covered outside seating overlooking the garden centre. Well worth a visit.”
“Tastied breakfast we have had! Really filling, cooked well and great value, we love the food here! Bacon and egg sandwich is so good!”
“Stopped off for coffee whilst out walking. Very pleasant coffee and a welcoming owner. Will definitely use again especially as there are farm animals to see.”
“Reasonably priced food and good service. A good place to stop by after a morning dog walk, with outside seating available.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food and great coffee.”
“They make some lovely wholesome home made soups, the coffee was very good and the staff are polite and very welcoming. It is a nice place to chill out and you got feel rushed at all, maybe that’s why they call it the World Peace Cafe.”
“Excellent service and quality, all homemade and fresh. Good clientele and the staff are thoughtful and friendly.”
“Kids enjoyed a fresh cooked breakfast at 9am served by a lovely cheerful lady she cooked it perfectly they said lol Thank you Asda!”
“I enjoyed the lamb salad wraps and chips and can of diet coke in the cafe”
“Brilliant bookshop. Staff are so attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent range of books and beautiful artwork. Magical place for kids of all ages.”
“Had a fabulous experience here - cheerful and highly efficient service, great food reasonably priced and well presented. Definitely a highlight of our visit to the broads and a happy ending to our boat adventure. We were exited about trying the cake which was also good quality and a generous portion, but the Victoria sponge was a little too sweet for our liking, but that is probably more a matter of personal preference. Would highly recommend this place and definitely visit again!”
“We visited today for the first time. We really didn’t know what to expect - but it did not disappoint! All of the bug houses were brilliant, so many species and so much to see. Our favourite by far was the Ants!! They were insane! We spent so long just watching them. The butterfly house was beautiful. We dodged the showers but managed to play outside too. The cafe was delicious - the menu is vast and very reasonably priced. Plenty of seating as well. So pleased that we paid the extra for the bug handling experience. Ben was great and so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend a visit here. We spent about 4 hours in total - including lunch. If the weather was dry - we would likely have been longer outside. Thanks for a fab day! Xx”
“It’s about time I write a review as today was my family’s 7th time coming to Huggers in less than one year! We are so lucky to have this cafe within 45 minutes drive from us. The food is amazing, especially their Sunday roasts. So many desert options and I especially love the warm treacle tart! I feel proud to be a vegan when I’m at Huggers. Parking is easy at the co-op opposite. Best to book a table as they are super popular with both vegans and non-vegans!”
“Best cafe stop in my experience taking into account the routes there and back, the tranquil and peaceful setting, the great cakes, tray bakes and savoury food on offer and to wash it all down the 82% hot chocolate all served by the wonderful hostesses Lynn (the owner) and her lovely helpful assistant Lauren. It's become a regular weekly stop for me as you're always made to feel welcome.”
“We booked a private session for two girls we work at our alternate provision. The instructor Rebecca was brilliant and the girls absolutely loved it thank you!”
“It’s been several years since I’ve been here! Back in the City for a bit after moving stateside and the ambience, coffee and sincerity make this a wonderful place to visit. Try it if you haven’t yet. You will not be disappointed!”
“Well worth a visit if you are staying in Lowestoft or nearby. Bird watchers and lovers of nature will enjoy this. Visitor centre is good. Lots of hides about to watch nature. Take binoculars.”
“My first time there with family. Dog friendly. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Love the beer mat collection on the ceiling and the quirky artwork. And the lady skeleton outside. Indoor seating and also outside covered seating area. Food amazing. I can highly recommend the place.”
“Have passed by this place many times and have wanted to try it. Finally stopped in today and was not disappointed. Had a great flat white and pecan brownie. They are even dog friendly and I swung through the two charity shops near y as well. There is parking near by so easy to stay a while.”
“Had the heartiest breakfast here yesterday. Easy on the pocket and delicious! All set breakfasts include instant tea or coffee and toast which is sth I have yet to see in another breakfast cafe. We ordered a large vegetarian English and avocado toast with poached eggs. The portions were huge. Will definitely visit again!”
“I usually go to rock concerts. They invite bands from all over Britain. I even attended an African dance show with Massai dancers. Nice atmosphere in this little theatre. Everything well organised, although, apparently, some of the personnel volunteer. Once you show your ticket, somebody will guide to your seat, which makes you feel very important . There's a nice bar inside and you can have a drink before the performance or during the break(interval). Reasonable prices. I do believe Fisher Theatre is one of the finest places in this little town-Bungay.”
