“Richard provided a superb service from start to finish. He quickly ascertained what was causing me to suffer with pain in my lower back, treated accordingly and gave me several simple exercises to carry out myself to help aid recovery and pleased to say my back feels significantly better. “I took a risk, it paid off, fab cut and advice. I've recommended already! I shall be back soon. Thanks.”
“Lorna is absolutely superb! I had a completely severed ACL at the start of 2020. Introduced to Lorna by a friend, she was instantly on it, first helping me prepare for the operation and then providing a structured program of rehab (working me hard) to get me back to full strength and flexibility. My knee is as strong as it ever was – in fact stronger. Since then, I’ve continued to ski aggressively and without a second thought (racing, moguls, off piste, funpark) and participate in other sports without an any concern for my knee. It’s a total non-issue. I cannot recommend Lorna highly enough - she is professional, methodical, hard-working, sympathetic and absolutely knows her stuff.”
“We are so grateful we found Rachel! Rachel was quick to arrange a consultation after getting in touch and was instantly able to support us with our son’s torticollis. Rachel is simply wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable, calm, friendly and professional. Rachel took the time to observe our son and provide us with exercises at home to support with his movements, etc. We have been seeing Rachel since July and have seen a huge improvement with our son. Many of these we noticed very early on into our journey with Rachel. We would highly recommend Rachel and would have no hesitation in returning in the future with any concerns.”

“I can't recommend Hilary enough. I felt totally cared for, from the warm welcome to professional holistic treatment. Hilary was keen to know about any aches or areas of concern. She is an extremely skilled therapist and made short work of any knotts. I felt extremely calm and relaxed throughout the session and refreshed at the end. I wasted no time in booking my next session! Thank you Hilary!”

My day to day life is exceptional now... and it's all down to this wonderful lady! I have learnt so much, everything seems to have fallen into place and makes sense now. I honestly never thought I'd be where I am today, and living life on a high. It's all down to the extremely talented Debbie Hare. “I believe everyone would benefit from attending some form of mental health training to gain insight and understanding. I found the course so informative and I appreciated the opportunity to do it .I feel that I now have the confidence to help people with empathy and understanding with the knowledge where to signpost them .Algee is a good formula to follow as well. I really liked the mixture of pre reading and activities along with the live session. I found that the sessions flowed well with knowledge gained from the pre session work to get the best out of the live sessions.I liked the way the trainer used a mixture of techniques to facilitate contribution and learning- breakout rooms, white board. It was so good to be able to attend a course where the instructors were so passionate and knowledgeable. I would encourage every nurse to attend and any NHS professional and employee. I found the pace good and for me the homework actually helped break up the task - each section was a huge section of the manual and I found that the homework targeted the bit you needed to remember and the (excellent ) manual is there for further reading. I struggle to retain many facts through my own current work stress (and menopause). This concerns me as I fear I won’t remember things. However ALGEE, in a similar way to ABC for physical first aid will help me focus and give me confidence with a mental health situation regardless of potential diagnosis. I would like to thank Andy, there haven’t been many (any?!) courses that I’ve been on where I’ve wished it could continue. Going Andy Lee has been really good!! The course was extremely good - very informative and was led at a good pace. I felt very included in my discussions and feedback throughout. In a way the course could have been longer as there was alot to discuss and”
