“First time for a long time I have been for a ham cob and there was ham in it and it was plentiful, plenty of ham and even my labourer commented on how much ham was in it, went back today, more ham and the other lad who was with me commented that his pulled pork cob was the best he had, and he is thick but managed to put a sentence together without any prompting so I thought only right this cafe should have a brilliant review, looking forward to a breakfast tomorrow.”

“This was my first time through the doors of House of Dalrymple. Quite simply, from start to finish this has been my most enjoyable clothes shopping experience to date! I believe there is something for everybody in this shop, no matter what the occasion. With less than two weeks to find a wedding outfit, that I could wear again & again was a challenge I thought I would never achieve. The staff made me feel so at home and with their expert advice & help we found the right outfit for me. Slight alterations were required & Pat, with a few tucks & pins, enhanced the fit. All I had to do was wait for the alterations to be completed & at no extra cost! Well ahead of schedule, Pat called to say my outfit was ready :-) The alterations are impeccable & I was so pleased I was able to thank him personally. “Went today after buying some Timberland boots in November 2022 from this store. A week ago the heel started to pull away and squeak continuously. It was small, but after a quick conversation, receipt, there was an absolutely no quibble exchange. I wore them a lot and normally would just write it off, but I was reassured, treated exceptionally well, that returning them was okay. First class customer service from Scott and the team. You may get Timberland items cheaper online but I 100% percent recommend getting them from the store just in the rare occasion like mine, there's a fault. Can't thank the store enough, thanks all.”

“This is a huge Next shop that combines both the Next clothing shop and the home shop. In the clothing section there is a large selection of clothing available for men and women, boys and girls of all ages. The home store has a large selection of house hold items that include seating, lighting, bedding and much more. This is a pleasant shop with lots of unique items which can only be found in Next stores.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of bumping into Justine on the shop floor today. She is the absolute pinocle of excellent customer service. I doubled my planned spend, looked at products I wouldn’t and considered and learnt a lot about fashion. Consider getting her to do staff training to other member of staff. She was a magnet to customers asking questions and able to get answers, assisted by John. “This place is a short distance from where I live. I use it for occasional supplies in between my weekly shop at Asda. I have no real complaints. The staff have been helpful when I've asked where stuff is. The range isn't huge, but it is sufficient for emergencies. I should also point out I only go in the evenings. Parking in the day is a nightmare so I don't even try, and it can be bad enough at night with the way people drive up the narrow road from Ruddington Lane.”

“Came in early in the morning to buy some orange juice but they were all out. One of their employees saw me crying next to the empty orange juice section so she went and got some oranges and freshly squeezed me some juice. It was delicious! I believe her name was Connie and she made my life worth living!”
