It’s a safe space for children to nurture their independence, build their confidence and find their own personality- they learn about team work and become part of a second family who take care of each other; they form life long friendships and learn good sportsmanship; they learn how to succeed with grace and turn mistakes in to opportunities to learn from, in order to be their best self. And as parents we get to stand back (and if you’re anything like me - ball your eyes out with pride) and watch something amazing happen. My daughter started dancing when she was still in nappies and before she could string a proper sentence together, but she was terrified of performing in front of people for years. “I had a virtual dance party with Jo for my virtual hen do. It was such an amazing and fun experience. Could feel Jo’s positive energy even through the screen, making our event very special and memorable. Even those ladies who were a bit sceptical about having party online absolutely loved it and said that dance party was the best part. Moves were easy to follow, and we also had short breaks filled with fun quizzes and laughter. Highly recommend.”

“The Adult dance programme is a real strength for this studio. It caters for more advanced dancers as well as beginners. Ballet, Tap and Contemporary are taught by either an experienced dancer & teacher, or an IDTA examiner. The Adult Street class and Adult Heels class are new this season and are increasing in popularity. Taught by an experienced professional dancer or by industry professional choreographer. These classes are fun and help you build confidence and self-worth.”
