The space was seriously tight and came with more than a few challenges, but George took the time to get everything absolutely spot on. He visited multiple times to take measurements, brought a range of material samples for us to choose from, and built the design up with us on the computer so we knew exactly what to expect. What he delivered was exactly what we’d envisioned — if not better. Every detail has been beautifully finished, the craftsmanship is genuinely high-end. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish — highly, highly recommend. Pictures to follow once the room’s painted and it’s looking its best!”

After difficulties in finding the Miele induction hob I was considering, anywhere in stock, I rang their technical helpline to ask a few questions (so many models).These were knowledgeably answered. Hob in stock and at a competitive price, so I then ordered it online late that afternoon (Sat). Delivered 7:00am only 3 days later by very friendly helpful guys who unpacked hob with us to assure that hob was in perfect condition. Will definitely buy here again.”

Stella has been amazing in her expert advice and support. She provides a bespoke service and ensures every detail is perfect. She has a good eye for detail, design and colour. The communication with IBKS is always prompt and clear. Stella is always open to listen to my ideas and opinions and is very patient with me with my questions. The showroom is so lovely and me and mum must have visited about 10 times! We have so many comments on pieces in the bathrooms and we love our downstairs WC. It really looks like a statement room.
