“We had a great time doing a bottomless brunch here. Our waiter was Benji who was brilliant. Great food, great drinks. It was so much food for the price we paid! Will definitely be visiting again.”

“Ate at the takeaway part. Ordered at the hatch and collected when called. Order the haddock and chips summer special for £10. Added a homemade tartar sauce side too and 2 diet coke. The fish was absolutely beautiful, quite big, light batter and thick fish which just flaked and was very tasty. Great chips and the tartar sauce was amazing. Definitely recommend”

“We went to the Rings and Dragons Candlelight concert at the National Marine Aquarium during the Christmas period and absolutely loved it. Sitting there with a glass of wine, listening to a string quartet play music from Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, with candlelight all around and fish swimming in the background, was such a cool and relaxing experience. It felt really special without being formal or over the top. The Haldon Quartet were great and the music worked perfectly in that setting. Definitely something a bit different and well worth going to — I’d happily do it again.”

“Nice clean and hotel quiet hotel room. Very helpful and friendly staff, would be nice if the hotel management put a tip jar for the bar staff etc, paid £104 for the night booked directly, could have paid £90 if booked through a website, would have been nice to pay the lower rate as I was booking direct so no middle men etc. All in all a great hotel and well located with decent staff and customer service, will certainly visit again.”

“What a find! Emma and the owners were so kind and accommodating to our last minute plans, and they made sure we had everything we needed for our twin toddlers. The site is beautiful with wild flowers and rolling hills. Our girls loved the pool, adventure playground and tennis court. Everything was in easy reach, making it relaxing for us parents too. I particularly loved the hot tub with those amazing views. Top class beaches and eateries close by and our girls got a taste for crab and fish n chips. Some very happy family memories made here and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Emma, Peter and Amy for a fantastic few days. X”

“Initial impressions were that there wasn't much choice mid week on the lunch menu. However the burger I had was one of the best I've ever tasted and my wife really enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich. The staff were very attentive and friendly.”

“Ordered takeout tonight and all the food was hot when it got here and so flavourful. We ordered beef chow mein which was amazing, the beef was so tender and the sauce was incredible, best we've had. The satay skewers were also a great flavour compared to ones we've tried elsewhere, we also had chicken fried rice, chicken balls , prawn crackers (of which we received extra!) chips, which weren't dry like usual Chinese chips and curry sauce which my husband said was really good (he's fussy with curry too) portions were a great size and we still have enough for lunch tomorrow and will definitely be ordering again! We usually use the same Chinese every time but they were on holiday so tried somewhere new. Looks like they accidentally just lost a customer to Lee Gardens! Thankyou ☺️”
