Despite me being a day past the return window the staff we're extremely helpful and friendly, accepted my return despite it being my fault picking up the wrong size. This is my new local Screwfix and I'm consistently impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Little things like this make all the difference, big shout out and thanks to the team at Havant.”

“My first visit to this store and needed a headlight bulb replacing. I was warmly welcomed and once the light was looked at, was advised of the maintenance check available, which seemed very good value. The young lady undertook all the checks and explained what she was doing and any repairs that were needed. All done with no fuss at all and I was very pleased with what was done on my car. Highly recommended, staff at front of shop were hugely helpful and friendly. Many thanks to them.”

“A huge selection of toys and games, available. We came here to pick up some christmas presents for our grandchildren and manged to get all but one item on our list. The one item we couldn't get was sold out, but it should be back in stock soon.”

“It is very huge with a lot of parking available. Located in a retail park so there are other stores nearby and hence is convenient. Has a large collection of different items and easy to locate everything woth the help of the boards and posters. I havent had to approach the staff at all so cant comment on it. The store was literally empty, I dont know why. The store itself looks so elegant and I like it.”
