“One problem. It’s hard to find. The host is amazing though. He talked me through everything. The place is very secure and spotlessly clean. It’s a shared accommodation with central facilities. All of which are high tec. Very impressive place. Would definitely book here again. Great location and secure parking if required”

“Truly the best dog hotel in the business. I got a quick response about their availability and soon enough my four legged son had his room booked. When I dropped him off I was welcomed by one of the lovely boys who help look after the dogs. Soon my trip was over and I was happy to get home but sadly I couldn’t say the same about my dog who was not wanting to leave. As soon as we arrived home he hit the deck and passed out from how tired he was the constant attention he had been given there. When you’re the best dog hotel in the world they got a name for you, they don’t call you the greatest dog hotel. They call you Rios retreat”

“Jody & Jo have been walking/boarding my dog for 2 years. They’re both amazing and I know Doug has the best time on his daily walks with Jody and is spoilt rotten when he stays with Jo. I’ve recommended their services to various people who are now loyal customers as well. There is no one else on this planet who I would trust more than these two fantastic ladies to look after my boy. Please ignore the 1 star rating feedback that another reviewer has left, she’s throwing her toys out the pram!”
