βWe visited Bracknell Leisure Centre to attend a model railway exhibition, namely on 10 May 2025. The place was quite crowded and at first, some people were apprehensive about where precisely they should queue. Although it was vaguely clear, a few more signs may have resulted in a lower level of ambiguity. ***The Cafe Was Absolute Lovely Mainly Because of The Members of Staff.*** The two women at the cafe were just lovely. They were so polite and both of them had a great sense of humour. The only issue that I have is some of the prices were quite high. I also noticed several people just leaving their rubbish on the table, which I find rude and insulting. People should take the time to clear up their mess. This is why there are rubbish bins. For example, most people clear away the rubbish when they leave a train because it is the right thing to do. It is about etiquette and the members of this team work hard. If you read this, I hope that you agree. We met some of the team yesterday and from the amount of visitors who were in attendance, it is clear that they work exceptionally hard. Thank you to the people who work at this cafe.β

βWe've eaten here a few times and can say it's one of the best in bracknell! We've tried a few in bracknell which found noodles to be stodgy but not from Tops oriental! All the flavours were great and was all freshly cooked! we will be regulars at this takeaway. This is a great addition to the pizza shop. We've always collected our food as we live close but it's always piping hot Worth trying at least once to see how good it is.β

βFrom the moment I was contacted by NCRC when I reported an accident to my Motability car I was impressed by the service I received. Someone came from NCRC to collect my car from my home and to leave a replacement with 20 miles on the clock! I was able to track my repair on the website which I found really useful and I had a number of telephone contacts to keep me up to date with progress. I returned the courtesy car to Wokingham myself and was delighted with the standard of the work and the fact my car had been cleaned inside and out. I would have no hesitation in recommending NCRC and would use them even if I was driving a private car.β

βI stayed here with a group and we were all a little worried because of the other reviews. We were subsequently pleasantly surprised at the fact that the hotel was actually lovely. It may not be the most modern place I've ever stayed but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are relatively spacious and the facilities are great. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.β

We was offered our mortgage just after lockdown in May and moved into our house in September. Yes they do ask for a lot of information but I would be the same if I was lending someone hundreds of thousands of pounds! Itβs also reassuring because they are ensuring that affordability can be met. I have only needed call once due to confusion on my monthly payment date and the staff member I spoke to was wonderful. She called me back when she said she would, she was clear and correct in her information and she took ownership and apologised for any inconvenience. We are on a high interest rate so thatβs the only reason I would look to leave this company in a couple of years when our fixed period is ending.β
