“Excellent service. Called MOT City on Monday morning after an engine light came on and the car kept going into limp mode. Although they said their earliest availability to diagnose would be Tuesday, they were flexible with when I could drop the car off. Dropped car off Monday afternoon, and they ended up diagnosing the same day. After a potential fix unfortunately didn't work and the issue returned, Sean insisted I bring the car back so they could diagnose again free of charge. Again they were very flexible with timing, and didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Friendly and helpful receptionists, and honest mechanics who gave excellent advice.”

It was dark, she was alone & told she would have to wait 3+ hours for the RAC. Hopkinsons garage came to the rescue, although they were just about to close for the weekend. “MBVS have been fantastic from start to finish. They have been friendly, kept me up to date about the repair and then finished the repairs to a high standard. On the couple of occasions I called, someone answered the phone promptly and were courteous and knowledgeable about my repair. When the work was complete, they returned my vehicle cleaned inside and out. Shaun, Matt and Emma were all really helpful and accommodating in what was a stressful situation, I really felt looked after. About 2hrs after dropping the car off they called saying all ready to collect, absolutely amazing difference with remap and they give a full print out of any trouble coded ever existed and a laminated certificate of the job done and rolling road results. very very happy!!!!”

“We had damp appear and rather than wait months for our local dealer we used Berkshire Caravan repairs on a recommendation. We were booked in quickly and they did a thorough check of everything. We had a full service and re-seal of all the joints as they had split. No major damage with the damp area in question, just need to keep an eye on the area. Caravan was collected 2 weeks later, all good to go. Very professional company, no rip off charges, friendly and very honest. Pointed out a few other issues that our local dealer had failed to do. Great service, highly recommend.”
