“Great experience, we had our scan redone because baby wouldn't cooperate. They took their time during the scan and from the man in reception to the sonographer Sylvia they were both super nice and lovely. I highly recommend this clinic after going to another that was just a rushed show.”

“I attended Lynden Hill Clinic after my hip replacement surgery, I was happy to go as they had looked me very well after my first hip replacement. Incredibly, it was even better. The kindness of the staff, the lovely surroundings and care and concern for your welfare was unsurpassable. I would particularly like to mention Sophie who was very helpful after I discovered when I got home that I had left all my valuables in the safe! So not only is the care very good, you don’t have to worry about security either.”

The short version: - Innovative & effective treatments - Clear explanations - Incredibly friendly chiropodists and receptionists The long version: I struggled with issues with my feet for a long while and had persistent problem for about 10 years. I had tried everything with no success. I came to the Brightwell Clinic without a lot of hope but having heard about a new treatment. We had a consultation where everything was clearly explained and the new treatment was recommend for me based on my history. Although these treatments themselves were painful, the pain very quickly subsided and I could even still go running the same evening. Moreover they were effective and my long-standing problem was resolved! The cost included everything (treatments and check ups). The reception staff were very friendly and I never had issues getting appointments to fit around work. Overall I would definitely recommend the Brightwell Clinic. Thank you Vicky!”

“We had previously had a scan with the NHS and it was horrible. The lady doing the scan was really blunt, ignored me (the father) and didnt even say congratulations. We left this feeling so flat. We have just doing our gender scan here and it was completely different. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Yvette did our scan today and she was amazing. “My experience at Specsavers was smooth from start to finish. My eyes were checked thoroughly, and when they suspected a pressure-related issue, they didn’t ignore it — they took an additional test to be sure. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. Once my order was placed, they messaged me promptly when it was ready. During collection, they carefully checked my glasses to ensure the fit was perfect. I highly recommend Specsavers and would give 100/100 for this lovely experience!”

“I Had multiple moles removed at the Reading Branch, and i am giving my review 5 stars purely because of the treatment i received at the reading branch, from the people on reception to the doctor who did my procedure, i could not recommend enough. However, if i was rating Sk;n as an overall company my review would be quite a bit lower as all the way through my bookings and treatments, i kept getting emails and texts to confirm my appointments at the wrong times and locations, with no form of contact to say why they had been changed. This then caused me to try and phone the number, which actually puts you through to a central call centre. When you finally get through (sometimes it wouldnt even go through due to automated system not picking up what i was saying) they were not very helpful or could not give me an answer to my problems. As i said, treatment at the reading branch 5 out of 5, however how the whole company handles its bookings and contacts is in much need of improvement. If you can be put through to the actual branch on the phone or on email, the response is very quick and very helpful. It didn't feel fair to mark down this specific branch however would like it to be known how frustrating the booking process can be.”
