βAfter attending my surgery and seeing Dr Tyagi I can seriously say she may well have saved my lifeβ¦ I attended with all sorts of different symptoms and after taking my blood pressure was told it was so high she was surprised I was still alive and not had a strokeβ¦. I was with her for nearly an hour and she was so thorough and explained everything to me β¦ Iβve been with the surgery for 4 years and have has a few problems including skin cancer and they were amazing and promptβ¦ anything important I get an app on the same dayβ¦ canβt recommend them enoughβ
βSpent a long day at the emergency department, but was well worth it. They made sure to arrange comprehensive tests and every staff member I interacted with were absolutely lovely and very good at their jobs. They were busy and understaffed but still smiling and interacting with compassion and professionalism. Please know that anyone who goes patience goes a long way and they do their jobs as efficiently as possible with the current restrictions on staff. Give them a smile and a kind word and the experience is much more positive. Thank you for looking after me so well.β
βI experienced a good patient journey, met lovely staff who introduced themselves before doing anything and the service was efficient. I will be coming back for the next phase of my treatment. If I could, I would rate 4.5 stars because I felt could have been kept up to date on what was the next step a little better / more frequently, but generally great. The private room I had was great and food was good too. Nice to have this facility in our local area.β
βFabulous doctors. Dr Gerard. Nurse Kim and Dr Loan including Jackie. Superb health care to me over many, many years.β
βWe visited Frimley Park Hospitalβs Child A&E on Saturday night for our sonβs tummy bug, and we couldnβt be more grateful. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm and efficient, making us feel at ease. The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, smiling, and supportive, taking the time to explain everything and comfort our son. Their care was exceptional, and we felt so well looked after. Thank you to the amazing team for turning a stressful night into a positive experience! Highly recommend Frimley Park A&Eβ
βYou struggle to get an appointment like all GP surgeries across the UK but they all work really hard and do their best. Dr Bailey has been absolutely incredible in supporting me on my health journey and despite growing demands, she regularly calls and checks in on me even after usual working hours sometimes and it has meant more to me than anyone could ever know in helping my recovery. They do genuinely care here and it shows, and that for me goes a long way. I've also had to request reports at short notice and that was done for me within a few days. The pharmacy attached is really helpful too. The staff at Tadley Medical Partnership are all brilliant, thank you all so much!β
βMy son is severely learning disabled and has recently moved into Supported Living in the area. My first dealings with this surgery has been with the lovely Rosie and I have to say the standard of care she delivers is phenomenal.β
βAmazing care , really clean , food amazing Activities to help . I got the right type of help from brilliant Gym Manager. Thank you for you care 100%β
βYet again my surgery staff have been brilliant at helping me with an issue. My father needed an emergency prescription, having forgotten his important medication on a trip. The doctor, Louise from reception and a number of other staff whose names I didn't find out, dealt with this swiftly, professionally and with understanding. Thank you so much, your work is greatly appreciated!β
βI was referred to the Accident and Emergency department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital by my GP after I visited him, complaining about chest pain I had been experiencing for a few days and after completing an ECG. Upon arriving at the hospital on Monday evening at 7 pm, there was a 5-hour waiting time, so I chose to return the next morning. I arrived at the hospital's A&E department at 5:45 yesterday morning and spent the next 7 hours in the hands and care of all the staff. After undergoing 2 additional ECGs, 3 blood tests, a meeting with a cardiologist, and receiving confirmation from the doctor that my heart is not at risk and is perfectly fine, I returned home safely. The department was incredibly busy, and I am grateful I arrived early. This was my second visit to the A&E department at this hospital in the last 6 months, and once again, I felt safe, well looked after, and cared for. All the staff I interacted with were professional, kind, and helpful. I would like to extend a special thank you to Paul at the reception, who warmly welcomed me to the department and handled my registration. I appreciate Claudina, the tea/coffee lady, who provided tea and biscuits during the morning in the waiting area. My thanks also go to Lee-Anne, the nurse who took my second blood test, and to Dr. Firdaous, who assisted me, provided feedback, and guided me throughout my time at the hospital. A special mention to James, the cardiologist who reviewed my ECGs, performed a heart scan, and consulted with me. I would also like to express gratitude to Nicol, who supported me in the OPS waiting room, took my third blood test, and assisted with lunch during the final stages of my time in the waiting room. Nicol's enthusiasm throughout my experience was truly appreciated. My sincere thanks to the entire team, from the booking staff, nurses (including the nurse who took my first blood test), doctors, specialists, cleaning staff, maintenance team, kitchen staff, to the board members. Thank you for assisting me yesterday with my chest pain and taking such good care of me. I had a wonderful experience at the hospital, thanks to your professionalism, service, and kindness. I hold the Royal Berkshire Hospital in high regard, and if I could, I would personally come to say hello to everyone. However, since it's not possible, know that you will all live on in my heart and memory as the best people and the best hospital in the world. Thank you once again.β
βI cannot express enough thanks to the best care that I have received recently from the Practice, Dr Milligan, Dr Dugmore and Sam, and receptionist staff. I struggled with covid and pneumonia and they took care of me and looked after me with so much care and understanding. Thank you so much for everything this last month. I still have a road of recovery ahead of me, but without your support I would have been lost. Xβ
βI had to go for a scan, Sydney, Hannah, Katherae, SuJan all helped and they were absolutely amazing! Couldnβt have asked for nicer! It was nice to be treated in such a friendly manner. Thank you so muchβ
βMy daughter came in for her pre-school jabs today and the nurse was fantastic. She gave my daughterβs cuddly toy a jab first to put my daughter at ease and then gave my daughter her jabs without any tears. My little one was so proud of the two stickers she got. Thank you for making what can be a traumatic experience for all involved so easy.β
βI would just like to say recently I've had to speak with the receptionist on quite a few occasions and in the past I have had rude and not very helpful receptionist. But kim who works at the surgery has been very helpful with appointments and with giving helpful advice lovely to have a good happy receptionist who is good at her job.β
βI've only ever had good experiences with Circuit Lane surgery. The staff have always been friendly, understanding and patient. The clinical staff take my concerns seriously, do a thorough job in terms of prescribing medication and ordering tests, and follow up promptly with results. The one downside is that it can take a long time to get an appointment with a GP. That's a broader problem with NHS funding though, and there's nothing this surgery can do given the number of patients they have to serve, and the number of doctors available. It's worth noting that I've never not been able to get an emergency clinician telephone appointment on the same day, as long as I call by 10am. That's only really for emergencies though, and won't get you the same breadth of care for minor infections or ailments as talking to a GP.β
βNurse healthcare assistants are fantastic. As are doctors and receptionists am aparent of a severley Autistic/non verbal man the staff are fantastic with him.β
βI had an emergency appointment this morning, the reception staff were very helpful and understanding. The two doctors I saw were amazing. I cannot thank them enough for seeing me today, they were very thorough in the investigation and I am grateful for their time and sympathetic help. I couldn't ask for a better service, especially as everyone was so busy. So I thank you again for such an amazing caring service. Rachelle Bennettβ
βToday, I visited with my 8-year-old daughter. Many thanks to the lady at reception. It was our 4th visit in the last 3 months, and we have been happy with the doctors every time. Maybe we are lucky)β
βI have always got an appointment when needed, and am always treated with kindness and respect. Especially when I've had my children seen, everyone is so lovely. Obviously they are very stretched, and can sometimes be waiting a long time on the phone, but honestly I have nothing bad to say about this surgeryβ
βStaff on phone polite and find me appointments, Nurses always lovely and caring, Dr's listen and organise prescriptions/hospital tests as needed. Phsio also very helpful and gives good advice.β
βFeel I need to even out the reviews & therefore have selected 5*, despite thinking they deserve 3.5-4*. However, I don't know a single doctor's practice/medical centre that deserves 5* - even private ones! The current 2.5* may not truly reflect Crown Heights due to people only reviewing when something negative happens, plus people not realising the whole of the NHS is dire these days. I have extensive direct & indirect experiences with most of the practices in Basingstoke and Crown Heights remains joint top 2. As mentioned, I also have experiences with private medical centres. EVERYWHERE currently has moved to using E-consult as first line of contact - some of these get answered within 24hrs, others take a few days depending on the issue. Every practice's E-consult system isn't great. Receptionists will often ask you to lie to expedite the system when it comes to certain issues. Don't forget if you worsen whilst you await a response, it says to call them. I see E-consult as beneficial in some ways, as now we have written proof of what we've asked for help with. It also stops patients coming to appointments unprepared, completely relying on doctors to figure out what's wrong, from minimal info. We live in a time where we have to take our health into our own hands a lot more - writing symptoms lists/diagrams & timelines before appointments (you can send these virtually also) - anything you think might be useful & potentially doing your own research can be beneficial, as long as you feel capable doing so. Crown Heights has multiple doctors that will appreciate you coming into appointments with a sense of understanding and direction, whereas many doctors elsewhere find this offensive & undermining of their authority, due to being on a power-trip. Everywhere is difficult to get same-day appointments unless you phone within the first 30-60mins of opening, however Crown Heights is one of the better ones as they do actually have appointments to offer & usually call if agreed. The receptionists are generally friendly/helpful unlike many other practices, but like with any staff who are stretched beyond their limits, occasionally something will be forgotten and so it's okay to chase them. Utilise the different switchboard options; if it's a referral query, go directly to the secretaries as it'll save you days/weeks compared to leaving messages with reception. Don't forget you can email if suitable, although this is usually slower as it's considered less priority. Also don't forget you can speak to your pharmacist for certain medical advice and in many places they're allowing face to face chats again now. From my experience, Crown Heights holds the highest number of competent & good doctors. Everywhere will have some bad eggs & it's just about learning who's good & sticking with them - some doctors may have better knowledge on some conditions than others, so experiences per person may vary. Crown Heights allows you to request a specific doctor & depending on the urgency, 90% of the time they will give you them, especially if you have good reason, such as requesting a female doctor for women's health issues (something I usually recommend). We're lucky that at Crown Heights you can request a change of GP or doctor also - at other practices this gets denied. Let's say you see someone regarding a problem and they are dismissive and rude to you, don't give up, if the situation calls for it, ask for another appointment with someone else. Crown Heights are also a lot more open about giving you access to your own data compared to other practices, which suggests they're more honest/trustworthy, compared to other practices which lie incessantly. They're reliable and reasonable with medication requests - I've never had any issues here. They also finally sorted out their phone hold capacity.β
βPeople rarely leave good reviews and mostly feel called to action upon a bad experience. I have nothing but praise for this practice. I have however always used the e-consult first so have no wish to undermine the experience of others with a less favourable experience. I have always received a same day appointment when necessary, been treated promptly and referred accordingly. I cannot fault my care. Thank you Wokingham Medical Centre.β
Perfect Smile - Wokingham Dental is a dentist focused on precise cuts and straightforward service. It offers services aligned with its core craft. The experience leans on a friendly team and a patient...
βI canβt thank Sunny and Lou enough for the incredible care they gave me during my recent root canal. They are, without a doubt, the kindest dentist and dental nurse I have ever had the privilege of being supported by. From the moment I sat in the chair, they made sure I felt calm and genuinely cared for. They talked me through everything with such kindness, always checking in to see how I was feeling. Their gentle and reassuring manner made what could have been a daunting experience completely pain-freeβboth physically and emotionally. I honestly didnβt feel a thing! It is so rare to come across such a compassionate and professional team. I am truly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend them to anyone who feels nervous about dental work. Thank you, Sunny and Louβyou are both amazing.β
βWe absolutely love baby yoga and massage with Laura! My little one enjoys the music and the movements. Laura is super calm and creates a safe environment for the little ones to stay stimulated and leave exhausted ready for a long nap. Highly recommend!β
βI am acquainted with several members of the County Carers management team and have been for some time impressed by their professional approach to the their structure and organisation which has focussed on honesty, care and safety of all of their clients. In recent times as a result of change in my own personal health circumstances I am experiencing the benefits of County Carer's full range of caring capabilities. My day to day requirements are being met by home carers who have been selected from the care team whose skills are directly aligned to my needs. I am partly confined to my home but never feel the isolation of entrapment because the attentions of my primary visiting carer and her support . I would never under estimate the dedication with which Katie goes about her daily duties. I find this young lady applies honesty and care to everything she does be it domestic support activity or comfort and communication. On joint external visits for shopping etc I find her attention to my safety and well- being to be of the highest order and a true reflection of the principles I understood to be the focus of the owners and management team I feel happy with their ministrations and hope for all our sakes it may continue.β
