“We contacted Dee after 2 years of struggle with our baby girl who just wouldn’t sleep for more than 4 hours a stretch. We were exhausted , worried and clueless on how to get her to sleep through the night. Her sleep schedule was impacting her whole day and eating pattern as well which wasn’t ideal. I had zero confidence in doing the “cry it out method” since i find it extreme. Dee came through with a plan and made the most gentle transition for us. I can happily say that my baby sleeps on her own, in her bedroom and for 10-11 hours straight. No less than a miracle. I do have to say that it was very very hard.I have cried with exhaustion and felt like giving up many times . It was two months of struggle but Dee’s method works!
