“If you’re thinking of doing MBST then it is 100% worth it! I went to Suzanne as I had two protruding discs in my lower back which had caused me extreme pain for 12 months and I could barely do anything. She advised me to go down the MBST route and I started my 9 sessions (1hr session for 9 days straight) at the beginning of December. I believe it takes around 6 weeks after for the treatment to start taking effect which would have been the end of January for me. It can then take up to 6 months for you to be healed as everybody is different, but just 4 weeks later I had gone from being 100% in pain right down to about 30% in pain and now as I write this 14 weeks later I’m now at 10/15% discomfort but it is still in the healing process and with the stretches that Suzanne has given me I probably only get a bit of discomfort one day a week rather than seven! I honestly could not recommend the MBST treatment enough, so if you’re thinking of doing it then go for it!”

The short version: - Innovative & effective treatments - Clear explanations - Incredibly friendly chiropodists and receptionists The long version: I struggled with issues with my feet for a long while and had persistent problem for about 10 years. I had tried everything with no success. I came to the Brightwell Clinic without a lot of hope but having heard about a new treatment. We had a consultation where everything was clearly explained and the new treatment was recommend for me based on my history. Although these treatments themselves were painful, the pain very quickly subsided and I could even still go running the same evening. Moreover they were effective and my long-standing problem was resolved! The cost included everything (treatments and check ups).
