Their staff, Simon in particular, was very professional and attentive and took into account all our concerns he ensured we were exercising correctly, following the recommended exercises and at the correct pace. This personalised guidance has proven to be exactly what was required. Left to our own devices, we might have skipped certain exercises or resorted to less effective methods, the value of the guidance we received from an experience professional cannot be overstated. I can happily say that my baby sleeps on her own, in her bedroom and for 10-11 hours straight. No less than a miracle. I do have to say that it was very very hard.I have cried with exhaustion and felt like giving up many times . It was two months of struggle but Dee’s method works! She kept tweaking the routine to suit our needs. If anyone is planning to get help for sleep training, do not look further .
