I love the way she listened to me; heard about my journey with planter fasciitis. She carefully inspected my foot and advised on how the shockwave therapy works and how she was going to address my foot - checking at every stage that I was comfortable. All the staff are so professional and the customer service is 1000% from the point I first rang to when I entered the building. I've seen a few physio's in Reading and Heidi is by far the most exceptional. I mean - I wish there was 10 stars as this place deserves it! Looking forward to going back and making good progress.
