“I rang up enquiring about having my daughters ear pierced tomorrow. But decided to get them done this evening. The lady was so very helpful. And sanitised everything, cleaned everything. Wore gloves, apron. She made my 11 year old daughter feel at ease and explained it all perfectly. She did one ear at a time, and again was so calming to my daughter . Great customer service.
