“I've only ever had good experiences with Circuit Lane surgery. The staff have always been friendly, understanding and patient. The clinical staff take my concerns seriously, do a thorough job in terms of prescribing medication and ordering tests, and follow up promptly with results. The one downside is that it can take a long time to get an appointment with a GP. That's a broader problem with NHS funding though, and there's nothing this surgery can do given the number of patients they have to serve, and the number of doctors available. It's worth noting that I've never not been able to get an emergency clinician telephone appointment on the same day, as long as I call by 10am. That's only really for emergencies though, and won't get you the same breadth of care for minor infections or ailments as talking to a GP.”
