What really stood out was when we bought a last minute ticket (separate to our works group booking) we realised the night before the event that someone was placed on the wrong boat! Luckily, Lester at 11pm on the Friday night was working outside of hours and kind enough to quickly sort out the mistake on our part and put us on the right boat!
