I have always valued their ability to combine their professional expertise with my knowledge of any of my pets.... most recently with my elderly dog. Despite his sometimes challenging behaviour the whole team are always so enthusiastic and friendly when we arrive. I really can't recommend them enough.”

“Emergency appointment booked for the day, was seen very quickly and was really taken care of. vet was friendly and knowledgeable and made my cat feel pretty safe, tall order as she's quite a nervous thing. Building was clean and all steps were taken to maintain social distancing with from car queuing and plenty of hand sanitizer available.”

“I left my two ringneck parrots with Amanda for a week. She knows how worried I was as it was my first time leaving them. And i am really happy to find her. My birds loved the stay and Amanda looked after them so well. They were given fresh fruits, vegetables and their favourite treat as well. “Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.”

I had to do 2 claims recently and learning about the process, when you raise any claims on pet insurance portal if you give direct branch email, process will be smooth because branch is very responsive once they receive email from insurance provider. “Took my 12 week old Cocker spaniel Murphy in for his second set of vaccinations. I was a bit anxious as he has never been to a vet with me before but he absolutely loved it there, the ladies on reception made such a fuss of him and he was lapping it up. Hamid the vet was very professional and I’m not sure if Murphy actually realised that he’d been vaccinated his tail never stopped wagging . Future care was discussed with me and I’m pleased to know that Murphy will be in good hands.”
