“Emergency appointment booked for the day, was seen very quickly and was really taken care of. vet was friendly and knowledgeable and made my cat feel pretty safe, tall order as she's quite a nervous thing. Building was clean and all steps were taken to maintain social distancing with from car queuing and plenty of hand sanitizer available.”

“I have been taking my dog to the Wobbly Dog for a few month now and to say I am happy and satisfied is an understatement. The caring and warm nature of the staff have won my dog instantly and their professionalism and knowledge reassured me that he is in good hands. Under their care, my boy’s elbow dysplasia and resulting osteoarthritis have finally become manageable, and I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. Furthermore, their carefully planned and tailored to Winston’s specific needs physiotherapy regime has brought additional benefits in the form of a substantial weight loss, which for a dog with elbow problems is a true blessing. “As an owner of a rescue who had a bad start in life and a poor experience at a previous cattery. I was very nervous about putting him in a cattery, however the team at Leafy Oak were lovely and really listened to all my concerns (worried cat mum). I came round for a visit before booking with them and the team showed me around and answered all my questions. When it came to booking him in, Sam asked all the standard questions as well as checking his food preferences and asking for more additional information about him to make his stay more comfortable. Which as a rescue cat, was really appreciated as he is more nervous than other cats, so we could let them know any triggers. When we got there, they had his pen all set up and the heating on as well as spraying some cat calming spray to make him more comfortable. They also let us bring any home comforts to make his stay as comfortable as possible. During the stay they posted pictures of him on their social media and that really put my mind at ease as he looked content! They also mentioned how I could contact them to check on him during his stay which also made me feel better! When we came to pick him up he looked content and the team gave us a debrief on his eating habits and toilet schedule at the cattery so we could understand if he needed feeding or if he might need the loo when he gets home! All in all I'm so glad we picked Leafy Oak and definitely recommend them especially for people who are nervous about leaving their cats at a cattery.”

“We took our cat Bruno to sally to look after whilst we were away getting married. Sally was very friendly and the facilities were great. We felt very relaxed leaving him in Sally's hands and felt reassured that he was having a great time as she sent us pictures and updates which put our mind at rest. “After doing a lot of research on local catteries and visiting Charlie's Cattery, I took the plunge and booked our much loved family kitty (6 months old) in for a 10 day holiday. I was incredibly nervous about leaving her, but Tracey and Janet put my mind at rest with their kindness and communication. The cat pens are surprisingly spacious, nicely laid out, and our kitten settled in well. I was sent photos and videos whilst on holiday which really reassured me that she was settled and happy. We have now collected her and she has settled easily back in at home. Very playful and seems to have enjoyed her holiday! “Saying THANK YOU is not enough for the service Amanda and Tony provides. We were going away for ten days for the first time since we have adopted Ruby more than two years ago. She is a sensitive and stressed senior girl around anyone new. Amanda reassured us prior our departure that everything will be fine and provided regular updates with pictures and videos through our stay. Ruby seemed to get used to with Amanda and Tony quickly, which demonstrates how caring and loving they are. When we have returned Ruby didn't seemed stressed and she look well looked after and happy. After all Amanda gave Ruby her favorite treats :). They have also ensured that our bins were moved in and out of the property for collection, and even potted up plant plugs when they were delivered while we were away and saved all the plants. I will definitely use South Oxon Pet Service again and will recommend anyone looking for affordable and the best pet service they can have by miles. Thank you both!”

“I just wish to thank Jenny and her team for looking after Emily my cat she had flown from north Cyprus to uk and went straight to cattery and was.very well taken. Care of and the cattery was immaculate so very happy with the care and attention and Emily looked relaxed before she saw me then she went crazy we were apart for nearly two weeks it was agony for both of us we have a new home now and she loves it Thank you Jenny and team”

“My cat has spent a few holidays here now and it's always been amazing. The staff are so friendly and really do care for your animals. The cats have their own heated beds, scratch pots and overlook a fish pond. I think it's very reasonabled priced as well.”

“I was so pleased when the Binfield branch of Mulberry House Vets opened as I had lost confidence in our previous Vets. It has been a delight to have such a caring,friendly environment to go to for our regular appointments. This week I had the sad experience of having to have a beloved pet put to sleep and Mulberry House could not have been more helpful. Helen and Emily were both amazing and came to the house and were so kind and caring and helped enormously with a very difficult situation. I cannot thank them enough.”

“My bull dog came to these guys suffering and in a lot of pain. He had just had major surgery on one leg, and was facing another surgery on the other one. He could hardly walk, he was in constant pain and had no quality of life. At the time he was 2 years old. Fast forward to today after 6 months or so of hydro and laser surgery and I can't begin to describe the difference. The orthopedic surgen at anderson Moore said how good these guys are, and Kim his main person. My boy who last year could barely walk and was in constant pain, is running again, jumping around and enjoying life! These guys are awesome. THANK YOU KIM!”

“Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.”

“I left my two ringneck parrots with Amanda for a week. She knows how worried I was as it was my first time leaving them. And i am really happy to find her. My birds loved the stay and Amanda looked after them so well. They were given fresh fruits, vegetables and their favourite treat as well. Pets safety is her first priority and im really pleased with her services offered. We are going to come back to her in future.”
