“Best recommendation - our two dogs love going to the vets!! We've moved to Essex now but still return to Blackwater Valley Vets for non emergency treatments. Everyone is so dedicated & friendly.”
“Best vets I’ve ever used . Friendly caring nothings too much trouble . Very clean tidy. Follow up appointments and care even with calls . Mary at front desk very helpful and full of smiles my dogs love their visits.”
“I cannot get over how wonderful these guys treat my furbabies. We have called with questions regarding them at all hours and it's never too much trouble to answer and advice us. Our pets love them they feel comfortable here unlike previous vets where they have been so scared they soiled themselves. Here they explore and get affection from staff. I highly recommend this vets”
“Yearly jab for my dog was easy to book and was on time. I know you sometimes get emergencies but I love it when it all runs smoothly and on time.”
“So so happy with how our little scruffy pup Lulu comes back looking so clean and smart!! Great service and Lulu always leaves looking happy and beautiful, which means a lot as she is a rescue dog and is very nervous generally. Thank you!”
“I was recommended 3Cs by a friend who had her cat board with them. My cat Oliver had never boarded before and is an indoor cat. I was extremely worried about having him board as he knew nothing other than the home were in and the people who live here. I was made to feel as ease straight away by the staff at 3Cs they were in constant communication with me about Oliver and emailed me as much as I needed to feel better about him being there and even sent photos on him. The cattery provided all the food love and care that he would have at home. I just want to thank everyone that cared and loved Oliver while he stayed. Since being home he has been so loving, affectionate and needy which has been lovely for us! We will definitely be using them again for future holidays.”
“Good vets and the team helped me progress my dog for a holiday passport.”
“Everyone is really caring and compassionate and they always look after our pets with professionalism and such expertise. We recently lost one of our fur babies and they have been there for us every step of the way, we really appreciate it.”
“Where to start ? The practise is welcoming, helpful and regardless of subject or concern the staff go over and above to help. They are honest in advise and the care of our pets has been exceptional. I would reccomend to everybody to use this practise they are simply the best.”
“Spire Ridge have lovingly looked after our cat whenever we go away since he was a kitten. We were unsure about catteries based on the others we had visited, but then we found Spire Ridge which have amazing large indoor pens, where our boy is always happy and comfortable, and we can leave him there knowing he's getting the care and attention he needs whether we're just gone for a weekend or for a couple of weeks.”
“I cannot praise Ryslip enough for their exceptional service in shipping my dog from the UK to Hawaii—a complex move with stringent Hawaii requirements. Out of 20 transport companies I quoted, Ryslip responded the fastest with the best price. Natalia was the driving force behind it all, a true rock star with her expertise, clear communication, genuine care, and unwavering support. Their service blew me away, making this potentially stressful move completely seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryslip to anyone needing pet transportation, especially to military families stationed in or moving to the UK. Outstanding job from start to finish!!”
“Chris felstead- I have been with him for 10 years. Other vets fail to correctly diagnose and their response to all appointments has been in leave in Overnight or carry out extortionate tests. 99% have failed to identify, where Chris has always recommended at home treatments where possible. I no longer have insurance since it was tripled with no explanation and no ongoing illnesses, and so all treatments are self funded. I really wish that veterinary practices were more fairly/reasonably priced, but understand that this is a huge money making industry. I am very nervous and sceptical about booking any other vet than Chris. Have standards / qualifications dropped in this field or do many no longer care? Perhaps their owning companies have set financial targets per appointment?”
“Treated my elderly dog Hollie (14) who had a stroke with expertise and care. Shout out to the lovely specialist who my dog absolutely adored! She's recovered nicely and hopefully we will have more than a few good years together to come ❤️”
“Absolutely fantastic with my dog Bruno, he spent a whole day there to have his teeth done and on picking him up he was extremely calm and wagging his tail to say goodbye to everyone, staff where wonderful with him and contacted me a few times throughout the day. I was very impressed with their care including the reception staff, everyone fantastic.”
“I and my family first went to vets when it was in Barnards Way Wantage. Over the years it became Medivets where it is now. I am now with my fifth Miniature Schnauzer. Since 1997. We found that over the years our vets have been there through good times and bad . We could not have made it without all your help and kindness. All our dogs have pulled to get in to see the Vets. Which says an awfull lot. Thank you very much Bill Kitching”
“Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, made our visit with our Human Reactive dog a lot easier to cope with. We wouldn’t take our dog anywhere else.”
“I just have to say a big thank you to all at gkg vets Newbury... we sadly had to say good bye to our beautiful boy Rocco on the 3/1/25 ... the care they gave him all through his short 7 years was just outstanding and the care and compassion they showed us and rocco is just something that we will be forever grateful for. ... honestly these guys will care for your fur baby with such great care . Gkg vets thank you for everything”
“I have left my cat here for many years and it is his perfect holiday home when I go away! Sharon and the staff are kind and take great care of all their temporary residents. My cat is nearly 16 now and will be staying at his 'home from home' very happily. I can't praise them enough!”
“Great people who seem to care about our dog and work around his behaviours and our lifestyles. Very thorough and thoughtful people. Plus you can see our boys handsome face on instagram.”
“If Carlsberg made vets… The whole team at Vets for Pets were fabulous. The help, support and guidance during our pets recent visit was magnificent. How they reacted to something that on the face of it was simple, but turned into an emergency was incredible. Ultimately this made the difference in us being able to bring our dog home. Special mention to the Vet, Dan, who’s knowledge, skill set and overall great character sets him out above other vets we have dealt with. His clear and direct advice made the after care simple. Thanks again for everything.”
“I really like our vets for pets in Bracknell. They are not the closest but I feel they care and they are honest and they show kindness to all pets and their owners. It’s a nice bright large reception much nicer than other branches. We have not needed to use the services other than for puppy checks and vaccinations for three years until recently and I was so happy with the consultation that we got treatment / medication and the practitioner was lovely and so was the receptionist. Fingers crossed we are on for a good recovery now. The costs also surprised me! Very fair and do happy I take out the monthly plan with them which includes a free consultation! Thanks team.”
“I have used Castle Vets for over 20 years. Everyone is lovely and kind and I always feel like they love my pets (nearly) as much as I do! It’s a bit out of the way from where I live now, but I still can’t bring myself to change. My dog might never forgive me!”
“I want to praise the receptionist, Michele, who could not have been kinder. Also vet, Rachel. It’s an anxious time when your animal is unwell and they really helped.”
