“Visited today with one of my little boys with a suspected ear infection, Pharmacist saw my little one in good time and diagnosed a slightly red inner ear that would have been causing discomfort, checked for any allergies and prescribed Amoxicillin - great result and in record time too! Whilst the first reaction is to call the doctors, it is definitely worthwhile taking the strain and stresses away by visiting your local Pharmacist, so thankful for this service and Pharmacist, especially at post 6pm when doctors are closed”

“My first experience with North Anston Pharmacy and I was very pleased with the service delivered. I had contacted the GP earlier in the day for a suspected UTI and with no appointments available they referred me to two pharmacists in Kiveton. These pharmacists were unable to help on that particular day due to no pharmacist on shift and unable to access the system respectively. Upon the third referral to North Anston Pharmacy, I travelled to the pharmacy and the Pharmacy Manager (David i believe), who was very empathetic and understanding was able to see me that day and go through a consultation in order to be able to prescribe me antibiotics for the UTI. As it was a Friday I was very please to have this sorted prior to the weekend, as it was very painful, but has since cleared up. Many thanks for the great service!”

“Never had a problem at this chemist. Staff friendly and helpful. Dr prescribed an item that was not available in the size he had put so the chemist had it altered for my arrival. There is a nationwide shortage of certain medication so sometimes items are not available, which is not the fault of the chemist. Always get a tx saying our. Meds are ready. All in all very satisfied.”

“Sorry to see some poor reviews. I've always found them very helpful. The admin staff at my GP's surgery are beyond inept and I have often been helped out by the pharmacy staff at tesco. I used to go to Lloyd's at Woodseats but after they moved from Abbey Lane and changed their staff they became unbearably poor, with a bad attitude to boot.”

“Since new management this pharmacy is fantastic. No others come close. Prescriptions dispensed exceptionally quickly and the pharmacist is really helpful. Prescription ready within 30 minutes of leaving the gp! Some others make you wait days. Also, they seem to be actually ready when you go in. Most others you still end up waiting 10 minutes while they find it/check it.”

To me the space available seems small both for customers and staff, so it's to the credit of the personnel that they cope with the demands put upon them.”

“Staff here have always gone above & beyond. Never had a problem. Receptionists are always helpful. Don't know why people leave negative reviews. We need to understand surgeries these days have 3x more patients than they did before so sometimes will struggle to get people in on the same day. Plus you will always get them patients that will book appointments for the most unnecessary thing which inevitably takes up slots someone else could have with a more serious problem.”
