“2 absolute whoppers below commenting on a place they have never stayed in based on a tv show from about a decade ago. One needs to give his own head a wobble.”

“Very warm welcome and staff were always polite and friendly. Room itself was perfectly comfortable with an on ensuite and towels provided. The bar wasn't too my liking so much as I don't drink however, no noise could be heard from the room itself. Perfect place to stay if you're planning a trip away.”

“Fantastic night last night celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The customer services was impeccable and the staff immaculate. The staff went out of their way to make this such a wonderful and memorable experience for my mam and dad. My sister and I can’t thank them enough x”

“Can’t comment on the hotel but just had Sunday lunch, we got the platter for 2 and the portion is amazing! Could have easily fed 3 people. Beef was a little too well done for me (that’s just personal preference) but they’ll chicken was well seasoned and the pork belly melted in your mouth! Amazing service from Simon and the team! Always happy to help and nothings too much trouble!”

“Mum's 80th was held here and honestly can't thank them enough. The food was beautiful, staff were brilliant, overall we had a fabulous time.”

“Clean and spacious room and bathroom. As is pretty standard now most of the sockets in the room have built in USB chargers, so just being a USB cable with you to charge your phone. Not sure if it was due to the current fuel prices, but it was nice that for once the room wasn't overbearingly hot on arrival. Only downside was that check-in was very slow, it took almost 30 mins (arrived just behind another group).”

“Stayed here for 1 night for my boyfriends birthday. Lovely room. Staff went above and beyond. Had a room overlooking runway which was a bonus. Breakfast was best we have had in a while. Will definatly be staying here again”

“Spent a night here. It was a very nice room. I did request a 4 poster, but they were unable to get me one, so book early to avoid disappointment. I did have an issue with the no hot water in the room and they quickly changed the room. I recommend the suite. Lots of room.”

“Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.”

“Lauren has been super helpful and knowledgeable. She has made this experience of turning me into a landlord an easy and exciting one. Lauren meticulously answered all my questions and resolved any issues that I wanted sorted out until the apartment was occupied. “We have just collected our two Shih-tzu puppies after a five night stay, and they looked totally stress free and happy. Extra care has been given so that they have had walks on the lead together, whilst having separate kennels as Lulu was having her first season. Excellent care and excellent value for money. “I stayed for just one night and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Although there were a couple of minor issues, they didn’t impact my stay at all. It was a warm night, so I had the window open and could occasionally smell smoke from people on the balcony – not a problem for me, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to that. Also, the power to the sockets tripped at some point overnight, but I didn’t need to use them in the morning so it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay again. It definitely exceeded my expectations!”

“Towerhouse is simply beautiful! It's like a penthouse for cats. There view is of a pond, chickens and a field of horses. It reminds me of the darling buds of May. Thankyou Maggie for looking after our cat! I Highly recommend this cattery!!!!”

“Stayed in Swift cottage for one week in August 23. Absolutely brilliant cottage. loads of space did not want for anything. surroundings are lovely, the play barn which has everything children and adults would need also plenty to do for the kids in the area. Definitely would go back for another visit. I'm sure nobody would be disappointed. Graham”

“Thank you so much to Alliance Transfer Service for a fantastic experience on our recent trip from Manchester Airport. The whole experience was so professional from start to finish. The booking process was very efficient & put us at ease straight away and we were also contacted on the day with all the details of who would collect us. Our flight turned out to be a nightmare, as it was delayed overnight, but nothing was too much trouble for Alliance. We knew Shehzad would have set off when we found out about the cancellation, but this was not an issue & he came for us the following morning. We couldn't imagine other taxi companies doing the same! Shehzad was fantastic, offering us bottled water & asking if we would like to stop for a break. The car was also immaculate. “I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and was not disappointed. The owners, Richard and Kerry are outstanding and cant do enough for you. The room I was in was very large, had a comfy bed, sitting table, living area and great shower room. There was fresh bread, milk and fruit in the room which made it so easy for breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment I had was not getting there earlier for a good look around :-). Highly recommended!”
