“I’ve been going to embellish for a couple of years and love the place. The staff are so friendly. My stylist Sarah is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is attentive and caring. She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. “Go here regularly ( well 6 months at a time) but Kirsten always knows what I need ( Good job as i have no idea) and I always get the marvellous service, a decent brew and a fab hair cut/colour. Throw in an extra person who wants bright red hair and get even better treatment. Josh went out of his way (and the salon) to get a special dye to make the red pop which he really could have said Nah we have run out.
