We have complete confidence in this very patient-oriented service and can say in all honesty that we've never had the slightest cause for complaint, for any reason. We're very surprised to see negative comments from some patients, who've unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. We're confident that these must be very rare occurrences. My wife's Periodontitis and my Radiotherapy for throat cancer (which severely damaged my teeth and gums) means that we've probably both had considerably more dental work than average, particularly over the last three or four years, and continue to be extremely grateful for the quality service we've always received. We recommend 'mydentist' without hesitation.”

“My dentist referred me here to have a wisdom tooth removal. The process took from March to now, but through no fault of MyDentist, they fitted me in as soon as I rang and I managed to get a cancellation appointment, which I wasn’t expecting. The team who dealt with my extraction were brilliant from start to finish, they explained everything and were really reassuring. The extraction wasn’t the easiest and it wasn’t 100% straight forward. I don’t suffer with anxiety around dental work but I imagine if you did, the staff would be really calming. I got there early and was seen 25 minutes before my appointment time. The aftercare was explained to me much better than previous work elsewhere. I understand we all have different experiences looking at some of the reviews on here, but I honestly can’t fault them for the service I’ve received. I’m also grateful the tooth is gone!”
