“My wife & I had both managed to damage our wedding rings, and wanted to get them repaired for our anniversary. The repair on my own ring was fast, very reasonably priced, and seamless, especially considering it was an openwork band of Celtic knots. My wife's ring though, being a thinner fretwork, was very fragile. The lovely lady who dealt with us advised that although they could mend it, it would quickly break again in another place. A new ring was needed, but she was really sad at not having her original wedding ring. They ultimately worked on her own idea, and fixed her original ring permanently over the top of a flat wedding band. It looked fantastic, and keeps her fragile original solid and safe. Absolutely delighted with the service and workmanship. Will definitely come here for future repairs and purchases. Very highly recommended.”

The first time I visited this jewellers was to ask if they could fit a new battery in a rather expensive Citizen divers watch. The young lady who was serving me was unsure and asked her father who was working in the back room. He stopped what he was doing and greeted me with a beaming smile. He fitted the battery within a couple of minutes and handed the watch back to me. Both he and his daughter became firm favourites for me and my watch. I live close to Manchester Airport and think nothing of travelling from Cheshire to Gainsborough for my jewellery needs. Unfortunately, the father is no longer with us but with his daughter running the business I know I can be sure of receiving high quality service and products.”
