Had to queue a while as they were very busy which was to be expected, lady who was greeting customers (sorry didn’t catch her name) was lovely and came over and had a chat with us while we waited to be served. Elisha who served us was fantastic. She was very patient with me while I kept changing my mind from wanting a thumb ring to earrings then to a different ring. “Cannot give this business enough praise. I bought a 8.7g 24" gold chain in November 2022 and it snapped in July 2023. I took it back for repair, and it took a while to come back but due to the size of the links in the chain it couldn't be repaired easily. Not only did the owners offer me a full refund, they gave me the choice of a heavier and stronger chain (and more expensive) to replace it without me having to pay the difference. More than a five star service and in today's society an exception to the rule of poor customer service. It's no wonder they've been going as long as they have and I wish them many more fruitful years of business. Would definitely return for any more purchases I have in mind for the future.”
