“I was extremely satisfied and very impressed with the service I have received from Fairfax & Porter. I was looking for a new toilet and taps for our cloakroom. I particularly wanted Thomas Crapper toilet, and I found Fairfax & Porter to be one of their retailers. Jayne made the whole process extremely easy: she took care of my entire order, and sourced the taps I was struggling to find for the basin. I found her extremely professional, totally reliable and easy to communicate with. She has also arranged a plumber to complete the job and he was absolutely brilliant. It all run smoothly and I could not be more grateful to Jayne for arranging everything for me and making my life easy. I would highly recommend their services. “Had our new Kutchenhaus kitchen and dining room installed earlier this year, and what a fabulous experience we had.. From the initial store visit and design session with Siobhann, through to a faultless installation everything was perfect, and to plan. Siobhann really challenged us on our requirements and was able to show us pretty much everything in store. We used the recommended fitter, Sam, who was brilliant, who came over for a pre install visit to ensure we had all the additional lighting and sockets we needed, he was excellent from the day the kitchen was delivered, to the final fit. Once the kitchen was delivered Sam arranged everything, including the plasterer and electrician, all shared Sam’s professional and thorough approach. I would recommend Kutchenhaus Newark if anyone is looking for a top quality kitchen experience. I attached a couple of photos of the ‘old’ kitchen for comparison.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Darrell was amazing with the design of our main bathroom but then blew us away with the en suite - the finished result of both bathrooms is stunning. Our fitter Mark - and his wife Vicky - were exceptional. The quality and standard were above expectations . They are the reason we went for the en suite so soon as we didn’t want anyone else to do the job given the high standard. I’m sure other fitters offer a great service but we didn’t want anyone else! Customer service throughout has been great. Highly recommend this company.”

“We have just had our kitchen designed and refitted by Matthew and his team at Interior Solutions, Wickersley. Right from the beginning, Mat, Tony, Nick, Mark, Gary and Elliot have been fantastic. They were all considerate, polite, efficient and hard working. We found that we had nothing to worry about as they did everything and dealt with any issues that arose with professionalism and efficiency. Matthew frequently liaised with his team to keep things running smoothly. They removed the old kitchen, refitted electrics and re plastered as necessary. They then fitted the new units, lights, appliances and flooring. We are delighted with the finished result.”

“My daughter arranged for me to have a new bathroom with Beyond. I have to be honest and say I was dreading the project commencing due to the muck and mess I presumed would be involved. I can honestly say this is has been the least stressful project I’ve ever undertaken. There literally was no muck or mess as the lads cleaned to high standard daily. “This shop is a true gem, if I've ever needed something fo rmy DIY and cleaning needs they've got it! Whilst nipping in for something I stumbled upon the Elfbar and Lost Mary vapes they were selling for £5 which is the cheapest in the area. Not only am I no longer a smoker but I'm also no longer a vaper. The staff have been more than kind, it's like talking to a family member or friend. In conclusion, this DIY shop has become my go-to destination for all my DIY needs.”
