“I came to Norrie Waite & Slater solicitors after a bad police interview upon I was appointed a duty solicitor via the police. I never felt heard or understood which left me feeling scared. Willem Lowe initially supported me and ultimately put Tom Woodward and Abigail Peacock behind me to assist in helping me. I at no point felt uncomfortable talking very openly with them, which is something I often struggle with in general. I felt safe and I trusted them moving forward.
