“I contacted BPAS after and infuriating experience with mischoices constantly cancelling my appointment at short notice’s or not even having the decency to tell me they had cancel them. Within three days of contacting BPAS I had an appointment. The clinic is neat, hygienic and well kept which is what would be expected and felt like a relatively comfortable environment. The nurses and midwives are absolutely amazing at what they do and are reassuring and knowledgeable. My nurse and ultrasound specialist made the whole process a lot less daunting for me and I felt very confident and comfortable throughout. They let my partner in for my ultrasound, last consultation as well as my contraceptive procedure which made me feel ten times more comfortable knowing he was there with me. The level of information you are given at the clinic is amazing and you are talked through every step of the process.
