“Paul installed a front and rear dash cam in my son's car. This included hardwiring dash cam into the car's fuse box so that it would only work when car engine is turned on (decided against using parking mode). Dash cam and hardwire kit were sourced from Amazon. Paul arrived at arranged time and completed the job efficiently. Very experienced and the cabling work to connect the rear camera to the dash cam was done neatly.”

“Neil came to the rescue and replaced our van’s front callipers, the day before we were due to travel down to Dover and catch a ferry. He literally saved our holiday. A 2.5k miles trip over and through the Austrian, French & Italian Alps. As you can probably imagine, working brakes came in pretty handy. Our usual (now ex) garage just said they were too busy and practically hung up the phone (twice). Other garages were too busy to do the work as well. I then happened upon Turners Auto Service’s number. At first, I heard the expected “Really sorry, but I’m totally booked up” response but then, Neil said to drop the van off first thing in the morning and he would “try” and take a look. A few hours after dropping our van off, I had a phone call to say that the work had been done and it’s ready for collection. I can’t thank Neil enough. Even though he was absolutely swamped with other booked in jobs, he went out of his way to help us. Excellent, professional & friendly service. Thanks again Neil.”

They could’ve charged me for them and I would have paid but were honest and said I didn’t need the work yet. Definitely will be our go to garage now.”

“I had used my local garage for many years until it closed due to retirement and became a Tesco. My lad put me onto R and M. I've used these a couple of times now. My wife's 2006 Golf that needed a steering column module, (we didn't know what it needed when I booked it in), and my Golf Gti for an MoT. I accept you may have to wait a wee while to get an appointment. The upside to that is you then get unbeatable customer service, guys you can actually speak to who are trustworthy and will listen to your requirements and good old customer service. They do a good job and are not unrealistic with the bill. I feel I have now found an adequate replacement for my old garage which I thought would be a near impossible task.
