The folk that run Parkway care about their audience, the films they show and the experience guests have. Everything’s cheap as chips, tastes great, looks great, sounds great - bang on.”

“Take my kids 6 & 13 years old to cinema for a Barbie moves yesterday, waiting for some interesting moves, cinema in Barnsley absolutely nice,clean with helpful stuff,but moves was absolutely feministing, not really for kids, more for ladys with out motivation and trust in theirs self. Absolutely disappointed with it. But cinema is cool. As well need to say befor any moves starts is 30- 40 min is advertising, thats waist my time. If my review is helpful to you please give a like. Thanks. As well need to say what lift not works to go up,you have to walk, if you take some one with willchar its a problem to get up.”

“I love this place so much, if you want to be an actor, singer, dancer etc this place really can help a lot with your confidence or wanting that chance to appear on stage, they also have amazing workshops and the staff are really kind they are one of the nicest people I think I will ever meet. “I have been a student with the Real Music Centre literally from the very first day that they opened their doors. I have singing, flute and music theory lessons with their talented, professional and highly qualified tutors. I have also recorded vocal cd's in their recording studio under the watchful, extremely professional and highly experienced eye of their MD, and owner, Alvin Marper. I am also a member of the choir and a founder member of the associated theatre company. The tutors provide excellent tuition suitable for complete novices right through to the more seasoned performer. A willingness to learn is met with dedication, support and tuition that is second to none. The range of services offered are wide and cater to all musical tastes. If you wish to take formal music examinations then these are also facilitated with the added bonus of being able to take your examination at the Centre. This is much more positive and supportive, being able to take an exam in a familiar environment, rather than having to go to an external centre. I have also taken several exams with the Centre and found it to be a very positive experience. Since joining the music centre, my confidence in my abilities has increased which has also had a positive effect on other areas of my life and now sees me performing with the Centre, the choir and theatre company on a regular basis. Lessons are available 6 days a week and although the Centre is very busy (which is understandable given the quality of learning offered), they are flexible and accommodating when it has been necessary to occasionally change the time or day of a lesson. If you have a desire to learn and a passion for music then look no further than the Real Music Centre; once you give it a try you will never look back.”

“My girl absolutely loves her dance school, she’s made has learnt so much and come on in such little time. She gets so many opportunities like taking part in the school shows joining dance camps in the school holidays which miss Amy (principle) also organiser’s she absolutely loves competing in festivals.”
