“As a complete lighting and electrical novice. I went in with a LED light unit to be replaced and I had a great patient and helpful service that has helped me install a light. My old had 3 wires the new was 2 and they helped and I now have a working lighting circuit.”

“Woke up this morning to two free hot drinks as I had been a John Lewis member for a year. My daughter and I were xmas shopping and stopped for a break. The staff were very busy, the place was packed but they were friendly, professional and happy, having to stop and explain things to customers in the queue, but with a smile and not rushing people.
