Despite being very understaffed and exceptionally busy, the attention to detail was outstanding. I watched the fitter Cente take great care in completing the job. He even cleaned up the contact surfaces on the wheels and hub as well as removing tyre soap and dirt marks. Steve and Cente are great assets to your company, even though they seemed very overworked they still managed to deliver a truly outstanding experience.”
